Prof. Xiaoli Li, Nanyang Technological University，Singapore

Xiaoli is currently the Department Head and Senior Principal Scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research, A*STAR, Singapore. He also serves as an adjunct full professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. With a diverse range of research interests, Xiaoli focuses on cutting-edge areas such as AI, data mining, machine learning, and bioinformatics. His contributions to these fields are evident through his extensive publication record, boasting over 380 peer-reviewed papers, and the recognition he has received, including over ten best paper awards. He has been serving as Editor-in-chief of the Annual Review of Artificial Intelligence and an Associate Editor for prestigious journals like IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge and Information Systems, as well as conference chairs and area chairs of leading AI, machine learning, and data science conferences, such as AAAI, IJCAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, KDD, ICDM etc. Beyond academia, Xiaoli possesses extensive industry experience, where he has successfully spearheaded over 10 R&D projects in collaboration with major industry players across diverse sectors, such as aerospace, telecom, insurance, and professional service companies. Xiaoli is an IEEE Fellow and Fellow of Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA). He has been recognized as one of the world's top 2% scientists in the AI domain by Stanford University, and Clarivate's Highly Cited Researcher.

Prof. Zheng Yan, Xidian University，China

Huashan Distinguished Professor, IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, AIIA Fellow

Dr. Zheng Yan, Distinguished Professor at Xidian University, is an IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow, and AIIA Fellow. She is a Stanford World top 2% scientiss, a Finnish Academy Fellow, an External Member of Finnish Academy of Science and Letters and a highly cited researcher by Elsevier in China. Her research interests are in trust management, information and network security, privacy protection, and data analysis. She has published about 400 papers in prestigious journals and conferences worldwide, including IEEE SP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, INFOCOM, and ICSE, with over 270 as first or corresponding author. She has authored two English books used for teaching for nearly a decade. She holds 110+ international and domestic patents, including 50 PCT patents (with 30 independent inventions), with more than150 patents adopted by industry, some of which have entered international standards or are widely used. Her U.S. patents are tracked by over 60 Fortune Global 500 companies. She has received numerous awards, including the Nokia Distinguished Inventor Award, three EU awards, N²Women Star in Computer Networking and Communications, IEEE TCSC Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing, IEEE TEMS Distinguished Leadership Award, 18 times of IEEE Outstanding Leadership and Service Awards, AALTO ELEC Impact Award, IEEE ComSoc Big Data Technical Committee Best Journal Paper, IEEE TrustCom Outstanding Paper, Shaanxi Natural Science Award, and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor by the Electronic Association of China. She founded the first IEEE Blockchain International Conference and serves as a Steering Committee Co-chair. She serves as an Executive Editor-in-Chief of Information Sciences and Area Editor/Associate Editor/Editorial Board Member of over 60 journals, including ACM Computing Surveys, Information Fusion, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE Network Magazine, etc. She has served as a General Chair or Program Committee Chair for over 40 international conferences and has delivered over 30 keynote and invited talks at international conferences and renowned enterprises.

Prof. Zhihui lv, Fudan University，China

Zhihui Lv received the Ph.D. degree in computer science degree from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2004. He is a full professor with the school of computer science, Fudan university, and he is also vice dean of the institute of financial technology at Fudan university. His research interests are cloud computing and fintech technology, big data architecture, edge intelligence computing. He has co-authored three books and more than 100 journal articles and conference papers in these areas. Prof. Lu is a member of IEEE and a distinguished member of China Computer Federation. He is also the deputy director of CCF digital finance branch.

Prof. Wei Wei, Shanxi University，China

Professor Wei Wei is the Vice Dean of the School of Computer and Information Technology (School of Big Data) at Shanxi University. He has been engaged in research on data mining, machine learning, and unmanned systems for a long time. He has been a visiting scholar at City University of Hong Kong and the State University of New York at Buffalo. He serves as the deputy secretary-general of the Knowledge Engineering and Distributed Intelligence Committee of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), a member of the Standing Committee of the Granular Computing and Knowledge Discovery Professional Committee, an executive member of the Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition Professional Committee of the China Computer Federation, an executive member of the Big Data Expert Committee, and the chairman of the Taiyuan Sub-forum of the Youth Computer Science and Technology Forum (YOCSEF) in 2022-2023.
